The.Co.Lab.

Inspired By Real Shit…

While working for non-for-profit organizations in crisis accommodation, mental health clinics, and AOD rehabs, I realised staff were responding to questions people hadn’t asked.  This led me to wonder: do people genuinely listen to clients with attentiveness and sincerity? Regrettably, when they needed it most they weren’t being truly heard, nor were they given a moment to take an emotional breath… I knew this had to change…

As I reflected on these experiences, I realised the immense value of truly listening and the impact it can have on individuals. I began to explore ways to enhance my own listening skills. Slowly but surely, I started incorporating active listening techniques into my conversations with people. I made a conscious effort to focus on their words, to ask questions, clarify any uncertainties, and to provide empathetic support where needed. The results were remarkable - people opened up in ways they never had before. For the first time they were being heard and felt a deep connection. It was then that I knew I wanted to share this empowering experience and created The.Co.Lab., a place where I can make a positive impact on people lives.

The Coaching Lab’s purpose is to collaborate with vibrant and imaginative souls to unlock their original potential, overcome self-doubt and fears, and unleash their unique strengths and creativity for a fulfilling and purposeful life.

I believe that every individual possesses an inherent strength and creativity that is waiting to be released, and my goal is to inspire and support them in their journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

It all started with an idea…

"Our mission is to empower individuals on their journeys of recovery and personal growth, fostering resilience, well-being, and a renewed sense of purpose.

"Our vision is to create a worldwide community where people thrive in their recovery, growth, and well-being.  We envision a world where people embrace their inherent resilience, overcome life's challenges, and cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness and purpose.”
